Restaurant Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a well-established QSR Italian restaurant chain in Dubai. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who is confident in leading restaurant operations and delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring strong financial performance, and maintaining brand standards. You will also play a key role in team leadership, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery

• Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff effectively

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service

• Monitor operational costs and support P&L management

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies

• Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction

• Support sales growth and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or Italian restaurant chain

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven experience in operations, cost control, and P&L management

• Ability to maintain brand standards and service excellence

• UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred
