A well-established restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience for every guest. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in managing Arabic restaurants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, leading the team, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing customer feedback and resolving concerns professionally.

• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and maintain workplace discipline.

• Oversee food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

• Monitor restaurant performance and ensure smooth and efficient daily service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Arabic restaurant.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.

• Good knowledge of Arabic cuisine and restaurant service standards.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of:
