PD Design & Retail Consultancy is expanding its Retail Design & Delivery (RDD) Design Team for several prestigious shopping mall developments across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

We are seeking experienced Retail Designers and Retail Design Review professionals with proven expertise in shopping malls, retail and F&B design, tenant design review, landlord design criteria, and retail fit-out documentation.

 

 Current Vacancies 

* Retail Designer / Design Executive (3–4 Years)

* Senior Retail Designer / Design Associate (5–7 Years)

* Retail Design Manager (8–15 Years)

We are seeking design professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

* Shopping malls and major retail developments

* Retail and F&B store design

* Luxury and premium retail

* Mixed-use and commercial developments

* Hospitality and lifestyle destinations

* Entertainment and leisure developments

* Airport retail

* Department stores and specialty retail

 

Candidates should have practical experience in:

 

* Retail Design & Delivery (RDD)

* Tenant design review and coordination

* Landlord-side retail design review

* Concept, schematic and detailed design review

* Shopfront, signage and storefront design

* Retail planning and space planning

* Landlord Design Criteria and Tenant Design Guidelines

* Architectural drawing and technical documentation review

* Architectural and MEP design coordination

* Material and finishes review

* Design submission and approval processes

* Fit-out drawing review and coordination

* Design compliance and comment consolidation

* Site design inspections and design closeout
