Retail Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused UAE Nationals to join our dynamic retail team as Retail Sales Executives. This is an Emiratization role, providing UAE Nationals the opportunity to grow their careers, build strong customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing an outstanding shopping experience
• Actively promote products and drive sales to meet store targets
• Maintain product displays and stock levels according to store standards
• Handle cash, payments, and record keeping accurately
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

• UAE Nationals only (with Family Book)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah or Abu Dhabi
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Very good to excellent command of English
• Sales-driven mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and record management
