Description:
Fintrek Marketing, a dynamic marketing firm based in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retention Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will specialize in customer retention, telesales, or call center operations and be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel. This role focuses on maintaining and improving client relationships to boost retention rates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include contacting existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, resolving client concerns promptly, and using Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and filters to track and analyze client data and retention metrics. The Retention Executive will proactively follow up with inactive or at-risk clients to re-engage them, maintain detailed records of all client interactions, and coordinate with internal departments to enhance the overall client experience.
Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, a positive and professional tone in client interactions, and strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred. The role requires immediate or short-notice availability and candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
