We’re on the lookout for a Retention Marketing Specialist to craft smart, data-driven campaigns that delight our customers and keep them coming back.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute retention strategies using email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs
• Personalize customer journeys through segmentation and behavior-based targeting
• Analyze customer data to improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, content, and creative
• A/B test campaigns to continually improve results
• Track KPIs and share insights to drive better decisions

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of experience in retention/lifecycle marketing, preferably in e- commerce
• Strong grasp of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding customer behavior
• Experience with loyalty programs is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
