Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC) is seeking passionate, professional, and enthusiastic instructors to join our expanding team in the heart of Dubai. We deliver year-round RYA training courses in one of the world’s most iconic sailing locations.

Responsibilities:

• Teach RYA dinghy courses to juniors and adults.
• Deliver after-school sailing programs and weekend sessions.
• Support club events, regattas, and member activities.
• Maintain a positive, safety-first environment on and off the water.

Requirements:

• Valid RYA Dinghy Instructor qualification.
• Prior teaching experience in a busy training centre.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
