Sales Account Executive

Description:

Role Description : The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

Key Responsibilities

§ Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the POS industry.

§ Sales target monthly / quarterly - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.

§ Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and secure new accounts.

§ Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

§ Find new End users and Systems integrators to develop POS business

§ Develop healthy pipeline for POS business in DXB.

§ Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management.

§ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

§ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the POS sectors.

§ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

§ Developing new markets and improving sales for POS .

§ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

§ Arrange and manage POC and demo with customers

Nature of Experience

§ Proven experience in account management or sales, in the POS industry.

§ Strong understanding of POS systems, and related industry solutions.

§ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

§ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

§ Maturity, Assertive and Proactive approach to sales

§ Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

§ Performance driven and target oriented
