Sales And Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving user engagement, and expanding our vendor network. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, creative marketing, and hands-on sales techniques to achieve company goals.

What we expect from you:

- Sales & Vendor Management:

- Identify and onboard new vendors across various service categories.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.

- Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to benefit both the platform and the service providers.

- Customer Acquisition & Networking

- Design and implement strategies to increase user registration and app downloads.

- Work closely with the product team to ensure the platform meets the needs of both users and vendors.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.

- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote Call Genie.

- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand visibility.

- Reporting & Analytics:

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

- Use data and insights to adjust strategies for maximum impact.

- Provide regular updates to management on sales targets and marketing outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills regarded as a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience with CRM software and data analytics is a plus.
