Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Sales Support – welcome walk-in customers and respond to enquiries; provide accurate product information, prepare quotations, and process orders.
- Order & Shipment Coordination – work with logistics partners to book freight, prepare export documents, and monitor deliveries.
- Inventory & Store Oversight – check stock levels, flag reorder points, and keep records up to date in the ERP.
- Data & Reporting – enter opportunities in the CRM, compile weekly pipeline and inventory reports, and share clear status updates with the Head of Sales & Business Development.
- Market Feedback – note customer queries, market prices, and project timelines; share findings with the wider team.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical/Marine Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 0–2 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics (internships welcome).
- Proficient written and spoken English; able to explain technical points clearly.
- Solid organisational skills and familiarity with Excel or basic ERP/CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice-to-Have
- Ability to read simple engineering drawings or spec sheets.
- Exposure to marine or industrial equipment.
- Working knowledge of Zoho, Odoo, or comparable systems.
- Additional regional languages (Arabic, Hindi etc.).
