You'll work directly with our CEO and alongside our PR, content, and digital specialists to help shape client relationships and agency growth.

What You'll Work On

Your primary focus will be helping Bond & Vale grow by identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities across the US and international markets.

This includes:

  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Conducting discovery conversations with prospective clients
  • Understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities where Bond & Vale can create value
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions
  • Managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Collaborating with our PR, content, and digital teams to create compelling client solutions
  • Tracking activities, opportunities, and outcomes within our CRM
  • Sharing market insights, client feedback, and ideas that help improve our services
