Sales & Client Representative

We’re building a strong, focused team of agents who are serious about growing, closing and earning.

If you’re still unsure about working in sales - this isn’t the role for you. This is commission-only role.

✅ Must-Haves

• You’re already living in Dubai
• Speak Russian, Arabic or any European Language (of course... apart from English)
• 6+ months of sales experience (real estate preferred)
• A solid record of closed deals and developer relations
• You actually know how to listen, connect, and close
• Comfortable talking to clients — on the phone and in person
• You don’t fold when someone says “no” - you push forward
• UAE driving license? Non-negotiable
• Cabin crew background? Also a plus
