Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities

• Coordinate sales activities, including client communication, proposal preparation, and site visits

• Maintain accurate client databases and update sales management systems

• Prepare sales reports, contracts, and professional business correspondence

• Support the planning and execution of sales events, promotions, and marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing, front office, events, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining Marriott hospitality standards

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Marriott brand standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales and Hospitality at Marriott

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

• Strong knowledge of:

• Sales coordination and client relationship management

• Sales reporting, contracts, and administrative documentation

• Hospitality service standards and sales support processes
