Sales Designer

Description:

Position: Sales Designer / Showroom Manager
• Location: Dubai – Abu Dhabi
• Company: QAF Closets LLC

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily showroom operations to ensure smooth service and a welcoming customer experience.
• Provide tailored design consultations, translating client requirements into practical, attractive storage and interior solutions.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and showroom KPIs through proactive selling and follow-up.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays to reflect brand standards and inspire buyers.
• Coordinate closely with design and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and accurate project execution.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior showroom or sales staff to improve performance and service standards.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales—preferably within interior design, furniture, or home improvement domains.
• Strong eye for design and the ability to interpret client needs into viable solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with design software is an advantage (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi and available to join as required.
