Description:
We are looking for a proactive, confident, and motivated Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both fieldwork and creative digital tasks and wants to represent a premium German fitness company in the UAE market.
Responsibilities
Sales & Distributor Relations
- Contact potential distributors, partners, and B2B clients
- Conduct on-site visits to gyms, clinics, wellness centers, sports shops, and retail locations
- Present products, deliver demos, and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with distributors and retailers
- Support events, pop-up activations, and local marketing initiatives
Digital Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage paid ads (Meta, Google)
- Support content creation for social media (photo/video coordination, posting, basic editing)
- Run local lead-generation campaigns
- Track ad performance and optimize results
- Coordinate with the head office for branding and content guidelines
Local Activities
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, events, and partner locations
- Help organize product demos and customer experience sessions
- Conduct basic customer support and product explanation when needed
Requirements
- Based in Dubai with own Residence/Freelance Visa
- Strong English communication (German is a plus)
- Sales-driven personality with confidence to approach businesses
- Experience in digital marketing (Meta/Google ads experience preferred)
- Driver’s license and a car are big advantages
- Interest in fitness or wellness is a bonus
