Sales Director

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Robotics solutions, with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales strategy for AI/ML and Robotics products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with a focus on AI/ML/Robotics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and Robotics technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
