Description:

We are working to build a strong sales team and seek to hire outdoor competitive Insurance Sales employees to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

The insurance advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals.

Duties:

• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Solving client problems.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Skills:

• High-qualified team player, bachelors degree is a must.
• Experience +2 years in insurance Sales is a must.
• Excellent communication skills: strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with high pressure and achieve targets.
