Dar of Equipment is seeking a motivated and technically savvy Sales Engineer to join our UAE team. This role is ideal for someone who combines product knowledge of heavy equipment with strong sales skills — you’ll be responsible for promoting assigned units, guiding clients through technical features, and closing deals while ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned products, using technical expertise to position offerings effectively.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals using clear presentations and visual aids during client visits and meetings.
  • Generate and manage leads within your territory, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and following up on prospects.
  • Negotiate and finalise sales, ensuring accurate order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer orders and sales information in CRM/ERP systems with precision.
  • Coordinate delivery and handover of units, confirm payments, and ensure timely client onboarding.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates according to agreed timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 3–5 years of UAE experience, ideally with a background in selling used equipment or trucks.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic for client communications.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
