 Location: Ajman, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in the precast or related construction industry

Are you a passionate and results-driven sales professional with experience in the precast concrete industry? We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through strong client relationships and market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the precast construction sector.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical sales materials.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams for project follow-ups.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the precast industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Good knowledge of the UAE construction market.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ajman, UAE.
