A Dubai based International ID fit out company is currently looking for a dynamic, self -motivated and experienced FEMALE SALES COORDINATOR with a strong background in selling furniture’s, Interior Fit out and building materials. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the UAE market, with a strong network in the interior fit-out, architecture, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to engage and promote by presenting our range of construction materials.
• Establish and develop new and existing B2B and B2C client relationships (contractors, designers, consultants);
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strong negotiation and motivational skills while dealing with senior-level clients and decision-makers.
• To follow up inquiries, demands and competition as well as to get the job awarded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills while preparing and delivering technical presentations on products.
• Possess great confidence to conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities through research and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams where required.
• To report to the management on completed reports of all jobs, under follow up, tender stage, secured jobs and forecasting.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and other languages (preferred).
Strong Personality and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work outdoors when necessary.

Indian or Filipino Nationalities preferred.
