Sales Executive

Description:

 We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to join our digital marketing team in Dubai.
You will convert inbound and outbound leads across the UAE into long-term clients by qualifying opportunities, running discovery conversations, and closing contracts. This role requires a proactive salesperson who understands digital marketing services and can work closely with creative and operations teams to deliver smooth onboarding and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify leads through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and CRM systems.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, answer client queries, and negotiate to close deals.
• Keep CRM records up to date and provide weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with creative and operations teams to ensure seamless handover and campaign execution.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within a digital marketing agency or creative services environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO, social media, branding and campaign workflows.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience dealing with UAE / Middle East clients is an advantage.
