Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development in Advertising, Communication, and Digital Media.
- Manage lead generation and prospecting from initiation to closing deals.
- Confidently connect, communicate, and interact with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present and pitch solutions persuasively to C-Level Executives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with an energetic and professional approach.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and analytical skills to maximize productivity.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Arabic Speaker preferred (fluency in English is a must).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales and business development experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Excellent communication skills with persuasive selling ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); experience with CRM/Salesforce is a plus.
