Sales Executive at Condor Developers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive property sales.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable real estate investment options.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting the company’s portfolio of luxury real estate projects.
  • Ensure consistent communication with clients, investors, and brokers to guarantee high satisfaction.
  • Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth sales transactions and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management (luxury real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong network of HNIs, investors, and brokers in the UAE and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Spanish, Russian, French, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) are a plus.
