Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote financial products and services, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships. The role involves selling products such as loans, credit facilities, investment solutions, insurance, and other financial services, while achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Promote financial products and services (loans, investments, insurance, credit cards, wealth management, etc.).
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solutions based on client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Understand client financial goals and provide advisory support on suitable products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client portfolios for long-term engagement.
  • Market Awareness & Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market opportunities.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with operations, credit, and compliance teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in financial services, banking, investment, or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations is an advantage.
