Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive – Groups & Corporate to join our Commercial team. Located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, our resort offers world-class hospitality, exceptional venues, and unforgettable guest experiences. The Sales Executive will focus on driving business from corporate and group segments, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting the resort as the preferred choice for meetings, events, and corporate stays.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate and group clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and conduct site inspections for potential clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.
• Represent the hotel at networking events and client meetings.

Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in Groups & Corporate segments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong market knowledge and client network within the UAE hospitality industry.
• Proactive and result-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
