Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Promote the company’s products and fabrication services to customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms with customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and identify new prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in fabrication, trading, or industrial products).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand basic technical information about fabricated products or materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
