Sales Executive – Automotive Spare Parts

Auto Parts Market is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to support our customers via WhatsApp and our online store.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct spare parts
✅ Verify and cross-check part numbers using online catalogues and internal tools
✅ Provide fast, friendly, and accurate support for retail and workshop customers
✅ Suggest alternative parts (OEM/aftermarket) when needed
✅ Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with procurement if items are unavailable
✅ Maintain strong knowledge of Japanese, Korean, European, and American car brands

Requirements:
🔹 2–3 years of automotive spare parts sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
🔹 Strong knowledge of OEM & aftermarket part numbers and catalogues
🔹 Excellent communication skills via WhatsApp and phone
🔹 Organized, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure
🔹 English required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
