Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose effective transport and logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Keep track of market trends, pricing, and competitors to stay ahead.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Good knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Must be based on Dubai.
