We’re Hiring – Outdoor Sales Executives | HUGG Sleep (Dubai)

Are you an enthusiastic and confident individual who enjoys building relationships and closing deals? Join HUGG Sleep, one of the UAE’s leading premium mattress brands known for its innovative BioCrystal® Mattress technology. We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Outdoor Sales Executives to represent our brand across Dubai.

💼 Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to potential clients including furniture retailers, hotels, dealers, and interior designers.
• Promote and present HUGG’s exclusive range of premium mattress products.
• Develop and sustain long-term B2B relationships with key clients.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets through consistent field activity and follow-ups.
• Provide timely updates to the Sales Manager regarding market trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.

🧩 Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in mattresses, furniture, or home furnishing industries.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A self-driven, positive, and customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to succeed in field sales.

💰 Compensation:
Attractive fixed salary package with commission and incentives.
