Description:

As Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of 10+ real estate agents, steering sales strategy, market expansion, and team development. Play a pivotal role in scaling our business, enhancing team productivity, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

 

Key Requirements:

5+ years of proven real estate sales experience. Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role, managing 10+ agents. Strong team leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to implement business strategies. Deep expertise in market analysis, sales execution, and client acquisition.

 

What You'll Do:

Drive team performance against strategic KPIs (sales volume, conversion rates, retention).Conduct training, mentorship, and skill development programs. Optimize the lead pipeline and boost operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Collaborate on marketing campaigns to grow our market share. Build, bring in, or hire your own team to align with business goals, ensuring top-tier talent and strong team performance.
