Sales Manager

Description:

As the Sales Manager, you will oversee and guide our sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, while also developing your own client relationships. You will be responsible for setting strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring the team delivers outstanding service and results. This is a hands-on role where you’ll blend leadership with direct sales, working closely with both clients and internal departments to deliver creative, high-quality landscaping solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and supervise a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance and growth.

• Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships.

• Consult with clients to understand their landscaping needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue goals.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

• Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new landscaping innovations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales (landscaping)

• Background in landscaping, outdoor design or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of landscape design, installation, and maintenance services.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team while maintaining personal sales performance.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and client accounts.

• Passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and working in a dynamic environment.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
