Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing property transactions, negotiating contracts, and providing expert real estate advice. The Sales Manager will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, client relationship management, and team leadership
  • Expert knowledge of real estate market trends and property transactions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MLS databases
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • RERA certification and fluency in multiple languages are advantageous
