Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical/B2B sales, and a proven track record in the UAE/GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors
Identify, engage & nurture new business opportunities in target industries such as oil & gas, marine, utilities, and construction, with a focus on engineering products & services.
Identify, build and maintain long-term relationships with EPC contractors, O&M companies and other industrial customers
Understand clients’ technical and commercial requirements, collaborating with the technical team to deliver customized solutions and project proposals
Lead a team of sales engineers and senior Sales engineers
Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Develop periodic sales forecasts and strategic reports for management.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a proven Sales Manager role, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven sales reporting.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC as required.
