An esteemed luxury real estate developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE real estate market, excellent sales abilities, and a strong network of brokers and clients.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a real estate developer in the UAE.
• Strong background in property sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Preferred nationalities include European (German, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, Turkish, etc.) or Indian (female candidates preferred).
• Stable career history demonstrating consistent performance.
• Must be target-oriented and capable of managing multiple sales channels.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and clients.
• Conduct property presentations and negotiations with potential buyers.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing and management teams to achieve business objectives.
