Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our fast-growing real estate brokerage, specializing in secondary and off-plan markets. This role is performance-driven, requiring someone who can lead from the front, build a team, and consistently deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team across secondary and off-plan projects
• Recruit and onboard 2–5 new agents each month
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong client and developer relationships

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and recruitment capabilities
• Strong sales background with consistent performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Performance is key to this role. Failure to meet defined KPIs may affect contract continuation.
