Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base in the UAE, promoting our products and driving sustainable sales growth. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong knowledge of the local F&B market. You must be passionate about healthier food options, able to work at pace and already have established relationships with key decision-makers in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing contacts in fine dining, luxury hotels, catering groups, and retail to drive immediate opportunities.
- Build long-term partnerships and position Keto Kartel as a trusted supplier
- Present and promote Keto Kartel to industry decision makers, including hosting key contacts in Keto Kartel boutique cafe for tasting sessions with our chefs and to present the product range.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Actively explore new business opportunities and untapped segments.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a sales manager role, within the luxury hospitality sector or Food & Beverage / HORECA sector.
- Good command of the English language, Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets - Strong B2B negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- High energy levels and a well-groomed appearance; creative, customer-focused, and a team player.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and drive results at pace.
- Valid local driver’s license.
