Sales Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong Arabic presence and a solid background in the concrete or construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, able to develop new business and nurture long-term client partnerships across the UAE and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts to grow revenue for concrete and related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing proposals, and account plans.
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
• Provide accurate market feedback to support product and commercial decisions.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales within the concrete manufacturing or construction materials industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Results-oriented with the ability to drive business growth and retain key clients.
• Based in the UAE is preferred.
