Description:
TRANSFORTUNES LLC is expanding its frozen food business and is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth across the HORECA sector and international export markets.
This is a high-impact role focused on sales execution, market expansion, and revenue growth. If you have strong HORECA relationships, experience in frozen food or FMCG, and the drive to open new markets, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow HORECA sales across hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and food service operators
• Identify and open new export markets and international distribution channels
• Build long-term relationships with chefs, procurement managers, F&B directors, distributors, and importers
• Lead pricing, volume, and commercial negotiations
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and growth recommendations
Requirements
• 5–8 years of sales experience in frozen food, FMCG, or food service
• Strong HORECA sales background in the UAE
• Experience in export sales or international trading is a strong advantage
• Existing network of HORECA buyers or distributors preferred
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Based in Dubai and willing to travel
