Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own annual revenue targets.
- Maintain a predictable and healthy pipeline across all sales stages.
- Drive new business and expansion opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on deals, obstacles, and execution plans.
- Enforce sales discipline: pipeline hygiene, CRM updates, and forecasting.
- Customer Strategy & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key clients.
- Lead account planning and white-space mapping for each strategic account.
- Engage directly in top-priority deals to accelerate closure.
- Deal Governance & Execution
- Ensure proposals meet commercial, technical, and risk standards.
- Coordinate with SEs, SMEs, Delivery, PMO, and Vendor teams for solution shaping.
- Remove blockers and ensure speedy deal progression.
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Monitor KPIs, including pipeline coverage, conversion ratios, and team performance.
- Report risks early and propose mitigation actions.
Required Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of consistent high performance as a Sales Manager in UAE and preferably in Abu Dhabi
- Demonstrated experience selling to C-level executives in complex enterprise environments.
