We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to guide clients through buying, selling, and investment decisions with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Handle high-net-worth clients and key investors across the UAE market.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential and off-plan properties.
Build long-term relationships with Arab clients, brokers, and referral networks.
Mentor, guide, and motivate the sales team with strong leadership presence.
Coordinate closely with marketing and management teams to align sales strategies.
Track market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
Requirements
Proven 5+ experience as a Sales Manager in UAE real estate.
Strong background in developer and secondary market sales.
Fluent Arabic speaker (native or near-native proficiency).
Deep understanding of Arab buyer behavior and relationship-driven sales.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.
Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
