We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Telecom Sales Executive to promote and sell telecom products and services. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in a competitive market.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📞 Sales & Customer Acquisition

  • Promote telecom products (SIM cards, broadband, data plans, corporate connections)
  • Identify and onboard new customers (B2C / B2B depending on role)
  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market visits for lead generation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🤝 Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

📊 Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports
  • Update CRM with lead and sales data
  • Coordinate with backend/support teams for activation and service delivery

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecom / FMCG / field sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of telecom products and services
  • Comfortable with field work (if applicable)
