Description:

We are expanding across the UAE and GCC and are now inviting an experienced Business Sales Partner to collaborate with us in scaling restaurant onboarding and revenue growth.

This is not a traditional salaried employment role.

This is a performance-based commercial partnership for someone who wants to build, grow, and scale with us.

What This Partnership Involves

  • Lead and structure restaurant acquisition strategy across UAE (with GCC expansion roadmap)
  • Build and optimize the sales process (pipeline stages, scripts, conversion tracking)
  • Manage and activate lead channels (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, website, referrals, field outreach)
  • Drive onboarding of restaurants, groups, and multi-branch operations
  • Join high-value deal negotiations and close strategic accounts
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to product team
  • Help shape go-to-market strategy and commercial positioning

Ideal Profile

  • 3–8 years experience in B2B sales (hospitality/F&B preferred)
  • Strong restaurant, café, or hospitality network in the UAE
  • Experience in POS, SaaS, food tech, or restaurant solutions is a strong advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
  • Comfortable with field meetings and relationship-driven selling
  • KPI-focused and growth-oriented
  • English required (Arabic is a strong advantage)
