Signature Collection Realty is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of real estate agents. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring agents meet or exceed sales targets, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing daily guidance, support, and training.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with company targets and vision.
- Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to meet sales and operational goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to help agents improve their performance.
- Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement team workflows, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as the team expands.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in real estate.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges, successes, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in real estate sales as a team leader in UAE
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai or the UAE.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to drive results while maintaining a positive, supportive team culture.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and develop a successful team.
- Real estate license (or the ability to obtain one) as required by local regulations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
