Description:
We are looking for a Sales Respresentative to join our dynamic team and bring enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach to drive property sales. You will build relationships with potential buyers, present properties, and close deals to help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, and generate new channel partners leads through various means of networking and marketing campaigns.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on available properties, pricing, and financing options. Answer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Tailor presentations highlighting key features and benefits to address the unique needs and interests of potential buyers.
- Engage in negotiation processes and close sales deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through maintaining client and channel partners interactions, sales progress, and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process and after-sales follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a Real estate developer in Dubai
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proficiency in Arabic, French/Russian is a plus.
- Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- A driving license- A MUST.
