We are a dynamic and results-driven company committed to driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in our expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Continuously research and identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and clients to drive business expansion. Utilize industry trends and data to uncover potential business prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively adjust business development strategies and remain competitive.
- Proposal Development & Presentations: Create compelling proposals and presentations for clients to showcase the value of our services and products. Customize solutions based on client needs.
Key Requirements:
- Strong UAE experience in Real Estate Brokerage for a minimum of 3 years.
- Leadership Skills - can manage up to 15 - 20 Brokers.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies for Real Estate setup.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid UAE Driver's License
