Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
Oversee day-to-day telecom operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
Monitor KPIs, track progress, and provide performance feedback and support
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill sets
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in the B2B telecom industry in UAE
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
