Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for SAP S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades, and migrations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute test strategies for SAP S/4HANA programs
- Manage test environments, test data, and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Drive regression testing for SAP upgrades, including Fiori and custom developments
- Use tools such as SAP Test Automation, CAST AIP, and Celonis for QA and reporting
- Track testing progress, risks, and defects; report to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, data privacy, and security policies
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA testing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, Fiori applications, and custom builds
- Hands-on experience with SAP test automation and QA tools
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of IT compliance and security standards
