Scada Manager

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced SCADA Manager to take full ownership of the SCADA systems lifecycle across our EPC and O&M solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio.

You’ll be leading the design, implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of our industrial control systems. This is a high-impact role that bridges technical leadership, vendor management, and digital innovation in one of the fastest-growing sectors — renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Engineering & Design

• Architect SCADA systems tailored for PV projects
• Integrate inverters, utility meters, IoT devices, and weather stations
• Support system drawings, wiring diagrams, and compliance documentation

✅ Vendor & Procurement

• Define SCADA specs for EPC/O&M tenders
• Evaluate vendors and manage SLAs, licenses, and cost control

✅ Construction & Commissioning

• Oversee on-site SCADA installations and FAT/SAT procedures
• Configure devices and ensure robust communications protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.)

✅ Operations & Monitoring

• Manage central SCADA platforms and ensure system uptime
• Build performance dashboards with Power BI
• Coordinate system updates, VPN access, and cybersecurity protocols

✅ Troubleshooting & Development

• Lead root cause analysis for SCADA and PLC/HMI issues
• Implement system enhancements (cloud, edge, automation, BI)

✅ Leadership & Coordination

• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and O&M teams
• Act as the technical point of contact for external vendors and clients
• Mentor junior engineers and support SCADA terms in EPC/O&M contracts

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related
• 8–12 years of SCADA experience, ideally in renewable energy or solar PV
• Demonstrated success in leading SCADA design, commissioning, and O&M
