Search Engine Optimization Manager

Description:

Vantage is expanding our global SEO team, and we’re looking for a passionate SEO Manager to drive our organic growth across the Middle East & North Africa.

In this role, you’ll:
✅ Lead and execute the MENA SEO roadmap for Arabic & English sites
✅ Run technical SEO audits & deliver on-page optimisation
✅ Manage large-scale localisation & content quality assurance
✅ Track performance (GSC, Semrush, GA4) and deliver measurable growth
✅ Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance & Web teams

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5+ years of SEO experience (technical + on-page)
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO (hreflang, CWV, schemas, etc.)
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic for multi-language sites
