We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Secondary Sales and Leasing Brokers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate.

Your mission:

Sales & Leasing - Assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, provide market insights, coordinate viewings, and create marketing strategies for listings.

Property valuations - Assessing property value and setting competitive prices for your client to achieve the best outcome.

Negotiations - Facilitating negotiations between buyers & sellers to reach mutual agreement.

Legal assistant - Ensuring all transactions comply with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills (fluent in English)💬
• Strong sales background with transferrable skills, real estate experience is not required but preferred🚀
• Self-motivated and pro active attitude with a desire to exceed client expectations💪🏼
• Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets📈
